FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

PARTICIPATION

  • The live online group sessions are slated for one hour each. For large groups we may be able to run over 15-20 minutes as needed for additional support.

    The independent RRP listening is minutes daily as you are able to take the time and space. There is no requirement to finish all 5 hours of listening within the month.

  • Since we are embracing the philosophy of “Easy Does It”, listening to all 5 hours is not required or even necessary to see benefit.

    If however you would like to continue to have access beyond the group cohort experience, you will have an option to purchase extended access for a nominal fee ($20/month).

  • These will be recorded by Coach Cindy for a continuous quality improvement focus, but the recordings will NOT BE SHARED due to individual privacy concerns.

    If you have arranged your OWN private cohort with Coach Cindy, this would be a potential option if there is unanimous AND anonymous consent.

TECH

  • The Unyte app is currently available for Android devices version 9.0 or higher and the following iOS (Apple) devices (16.0 or higher). For existing users on iOS 15 or below or Android 8.0 or below, the app will keep running but won’t receive updates. Over time, it will become less stable and the likelihood of crashing will increase.

    • iOS 16.0 or later - iPhone 8 & later, 

    • iPadiOS 16.0 or later - iPad Pro (all models), iPad (5th generation and newer), iPad mini (6th generation and newer), iPad Air (3rd generation and newer) 

    • macOS 13.0 or later and Macs with Apple M1 chip or later (M2, M3)

    • Google Chromebooks (2019 and later on Android apps)  

    This includes mobile devices and tablets. 

  • Headphones are recommended in most cases.

    • Over-the-ear headphones, or circumaural preferred, when available

    • On-ear headphones or earbuds are OK

    • Noise-cancelling headphones are also OK, when listening in noisy environments

    Listeners can use headphones over hearing aids, assuming there is no resulting feedback. It is NOT advisable to use a Bluetooth connection through hearing aids with RRP because the frequency band is wider than SSP, and the hearing aids will not capture all of the available frequencies.

  • This would certainly be rare, but I am happy to work with you to titrate the music appropriately. Worst case, we can discuss pro-rating a refund.

  • When you enroll in the class, you will receive a confirmation email with a ZOOM link. Just make sure you update Zoom before cohorts begin.

    You will have opportunity to add the 3 events to your calendar of choice.

    In addition, you will be given access to a Cohort Member page on my website from which you can access the Zoom meetings

COMMUNITY

  • Yes. During the first Group Session, I will give you my cell for texting if you need me.

  • Enrollment is open to coaches, healers, and those holding space for others. This typically attracts a heart-centered group of people. We will also contract with each other about confidentiality and mutual respect.

    I do understand that strangers can FEEL unsafe sometimes. Send me a message if you would like to discuss this privately. There are some options for anonymity such as using an alias and going off camera, but that can feel threatening to others. So we will have to discuss.

  • If you have at least 5 others who would like to participate together exclusively, we can explore feasibility of different dates/times. Message me (contact link in the footer).

general

  • This is a hugely valuable experience that I would love to offer monthly. There is never enough time.

    My next focus of the Meet Your Nervous System: Meet Your Self may delay the next round of Balanced Rhythms RRP.

    In the footer there is opportunity to STAY CONNECTED so I can let you know as new offerings are solidified.

  • This is a great opportunity to remind us all that this is COACHING, not therapy. While the RRP (and SSP) can augment an individual’s responsiveness to their own therapeutic processes, THIS forum is about learning, integration, and co-regulation.

  • $125 for the month

    Payment via Acuity (follow enroll links on this page). ACH is preferred as they take out a lower service fee but any payment Stripe accepts, I will.

    Any special discounts may be applied in Acuity while enrolling.
