  • Arrive together in our safe space, taking a moment to settle into the here  and now.

  • Converse to identify the question/dilemma or phenomenon weighing on you, clarifying what might be the desired end result.

  • Delve into further discussion and/or body oriented processes to explore any signals your body may have for you (in Somatic Speak, this is “what wants to emerge”).  Listening to your body does require  calm, centered nervous system and state of mind, and we will employ techniques to help you access this state and relax into the experience.

  • Summarize progress, integrate insights, and identify steps and resources to apply in your life.
